Early Independent Bus Companies
For when we are able to reopen the museum:
The museum has been fortunate to receive a publication entitled ’Early Independents of the Henley and Marlow Areas’ by Paul Lacey. You may have read some of Paul’s earlier books on bus companies but this one is a must if you are a bus enthusiast or interested in local transport and travel.

Richard said:
"I was delighted to have received this award, especially as the many entries on display are of such a high standard, set within a framework which provides a comprehensive and fascinating illustrated history of our beautiful town. I started taking photographs 60 years ago with a Kodak Brownie box camera, but the main impetus for me came with the advent of digital photography, which enabled me to concentrate on composition and not be too concerned with apertures and shutter speeds."
